Experience
Dr. Joyce has performed litigation support services since 1995, working with lawyers representing both employers and employees, plaintiffs and defendants. She has prepared reports and declarations in support of her opinions and has provided deposition testimony when needed. She has assisted with law firms’ investigation of employee complaints, preparation of relevant discovery requests, implementation of employee terminations, and preparation of trial witnesses and exhibits.
